About the Salary Guide

The FY22/23 guide, which officially launches at our event and will be made available to all attendees, offers a comprehensive look at today’s job landscape and how a skills shortage in both Australia and New Zealand is transforming the world of work and changing the employee value proposition. Our 2022 survey highlights the thoughts of more than 9,000 respondents and illustrates that a competitive salary is now only one key element in the new equation between the employer and employee.
