Sylvia is an experienced Career Coach who has worked in the UK and Australia. Working with a diverse range of clients internationally across various sectors and industries. Sylvia obtained a Master of Career Development in 2012 and is a professional member of the Coaching Association in the UK. Sylvia’s also offers a background in recruitment, human resources and public relations. In 2017, Sylvia joined Hays Career Transition Services as a Senior Career Coach partnering with clients to support them through organisational change. Working collaboratively with individuals which enables them successfully navigate career change, challenges and transitions. She integrates career development, psychology and wellbeing strategies to empower individuals, so they can flourish in their career and is passionate about help people transform their mindset during challenging times.

Business Engagement Manager
Chantelle Kemp is the Business Engagement Manager for Hays EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) with over eleven years’ experience in the recruitment industry. She specialises in building, implementing and training recruiters on how to become experts at searching and sourcing for talent using Hays’ industry leading database, OneTouch, and social media. Chantelle was a Recruitment Consultant at Hays in Australia and managed volume campaigns for global brands including Coca Cola, Reckitt Benckiser and DHL. She transferred to Hays UK&I in 2014 joining the national Training, Learning and Development team to become a Senior Systems Trainer, where she trained over 2500 recruiters. In late 2018 she was promoted to Business Engagement Manager for Hays EMEA, where her focus now is building and implementation of internal and external software for 12 different countries.

Executive Assistant to Chief Executive
Jennifer is an experienced Executive Assistant, having worked in local government and the third sector for over 10 years. She currently works at Power2 supporting the Chief Executive, with one of her key responsibilities being embedding a project management culture throughout the charity. Previously, she has supported a start-up charity during their first year and while at the NSPCC Jennifer was involved in the creation of their new strategy for 2016-2021. Jennifer has a degree in Psychology and diploma in business administration for personal assistants. In 2018 Jennifer was named the Pitman Training Superachiever PA of the Year and a Wearethecity EA/PA Rising Star.
