How you conduct a disciplinary hearing is crucial to ensure that any risk to your organisation is minimised. Our Mock Disciplinary Hearing will provide a realistic example of a disciplinary case and provide insight into what to expect at the hearing and how to deal with issues that arise. There will be opportunity for discussion throughout with key learning points where we will discuss best practice.
