Providing career advice, inspiration and insights into the world of work, Hays Inspire is a free, comprehensive learning package, that enables employers to connect with pupils via our established platform. It provides schools with immediate access to insights into different career journeys to support the next generation as they make decisions about their future.

We work with you to create a series of virtual lessons, designed in partnership with specialists in education. The lessons contain up-to-date information, informing the next generation on what they need to succeed in the workforce and what it’s like to work for your organisation. 

The lesson plans are targeted at year groups 6, 9 and 10/11, helping schools to achieve the Gatsby Benchmarks and deliver effective, unbiased information to pupils on their post-16 opportunities.
